Miss Rosie

BA (Hons) Dance, Performance and Choreography, PGCE Secondary Education.

Rosie’s passion for the performing arts began when she was just a toddler after she started ballet and tap classes – and she hasn’t stopped dancing since! Throughout her childhood, Rosie studied a variety of dance genres; from jazz to modern to theatre craft and performed in numerous talent shows and pantomimes.

Knowing that she wanted to pass on her love and knowledge of dance on to others, she went on to complete a BA in Dance, Performance and Choreography, followed by a PGCE. For many years, Rosie worked as Head of Dance in a secondary school, overseeing BTEC and GCSE qualifications. She has also choreographed outstanding shows and flash mobs within the community.

Due to family circumstances, Rosie is no longer able to work in a full time role, so when an opportunity at Create Dance came up, which would allow her to continue teaching she jumped at the chance! Rosie currently teaches modern, jazz and adult classes.
