Lauren comes from a family of dancers and started her training at Crosby Academy of Performing Arts when she was just three years old. There she practised a variety of dance styles, including ballet, tap, jazz and Irish dancing. At 18, Lauren went on to further her training at the University of Salford and graduated with a First Class Honours degree in dance.

Since finishing university Lauren has worked as a dance coach at school holiday camps in Liverpool and at her local dance school before taking up her permanent position at Create Dance where she teaches ballet, modern, musical theatre and tap.
