Encouraging Passion, Confidence and Talent


Graduating from Laban, London with a BA Hons in Dance Theatre and then completing an MA in Performing Arts Education from LIPA, Liverpool. Hayley has a wealth of experience as a performer, teacher and choreographer in her role as the Dance Artist in Residence at Stoke-on-Trent Theatres and Creative Officer at the Liverpool Empire Theatre. Hayley is an experienced teacher in ballet, contemporary, jazz and performing arts. Hayley is a member of BTDA and Acrobatic Arts.


Lauren Taylor – Joint Director

Lauren graduated from Laban, London with a BA(Hons) in Dance Theatre and furthered her studies at LIPA, Liverpool with an MA in Dance Theatre. She is a qualified teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), and is also a member of the International Dance Teachers Association(IDTA). She is passionate about providing fun and creative dance classes and has recently trained with Dancing Memories to provide chair based dance classes in care homes.

Miss Steph- Dance teacher

Miss Steph has been dancing since the age of 4, training at Merseyside Dance & Drama Centre continuously until age 21, where she received a double distinction in dance performance & LAMDA Gold and 4 full teaching qualifications in ISTD Ballet, Modern, Tap & National. Since graduating in 2012, Miss Steph has been lucky enough to perform in India and Hong Kong, teach in St. Lucia, Cyprus and Ireland as well as here in Merseyside. Having a strong passion for dance and the performing arts alongside a nurturing and encouraging persona has given her invaluable teaching skills which enable any student to learn and progress happily and develop their own confidence and passion.

Miss Lauren- Teaching Assistant

Lauren has been dancing since the age of 3 starting her training at Crosby Academy of Performing Arts were she trained in a variety of dance styles until she was 18. Lauren went on to further her dance training at the University of Salford in 2017 and graduated with a BA First Class Honours degree in dance in 2020.
Since finishing university Lauren has had the opportunity to be a dance coach at school holiday camps in Liverpool alongside assisting at her local dance school.

Miss Rosie- Dance teacher

Rosie has a wealth of experience as a dance teacher. Rosie previously worked in a secondary school as the head of dance, responsible for students BTEC and GCSE qualifications. She has choreographed outstanding shows and flashmobs in various schools and within the community. Rosie brings so much warmth and energy to her classes, we are extremely lucky to have Rosie part of the Create Dance team.
